This module focuses on transforming individual interest into 'collective efficacy'—the shared belief that a school staff can jointly produce positive student outcomes. School Heads will explore strategies to build a collaborative culture, such as structuring interdisciplinary 'soil solution teams' and utilizing 'success mapping' protocols. Participants will select and plan a collaborative initiative—from community workshops to cross-curricular projects—to foster a resilient educational environment where soil literacy becomes a shared mission rather than a top-down mandate.
