Personal Learning Objectives

Think through the following steps and make short notes on which goals you can identify with.

Objective definition

Knowledge goals: What specific topics in soil literacy would you like to explore or deepen your understanding of? (e.g., soil health indicators, sustainable agricultural practices).

Skill development: What particular skills do you wish to acquire? (e.g., data analysis, ecological assessment).

Application goals: How do you plan to apply your new knowledge and skills in your professional context? (e.g., curriculum integration, student projects).

Connection to current role: In what ways can these objectives support your responsibilities as a school head or educator? (e.g., curriculum development, teacher training).
